The AI operations team for mid-sized manufacturers

The office work that slows your plant down, run by AI agents.

Corviva doesn't sell software your team has to run. We take on the work itself: quoting, order entry, supplier follow-up, AP, collections and the close, handled by AI agents we build, run and stand behind, on the ERP and email you already have. No migration, no 18-month program.

Service as software

Not another tool to run. The work, done.

Most software gives your team one more system to learn and operate. Corviva takes the coordination work off their plate and is accountable for the result.

Most manufacturers your size will never hire a Head of AI, a data engineer and someone to watch the agents at 2 a.m. You don't need to. We're that team.

.01

Shorter lead times

Quotes, orders and changes stop waiting in queues, so customers hear back in hours instead of days, and you win more of the work you bid.

.02

Grow without adding office staff

Agents absorb the chasing, re-keying and status-checking, so revenue can climb without another hire in customer service, purchasing or AP.

.03

Protect cash and margin

Faster collections, fewer expedites, cleaner three-way matches and job costs that feed back into quoting.

Where the days go

We don't just automate tasks. We redesign the work.

A "bot" that drafts one email is not a transformation. In most plants the hours of real work are fine. The days are lost between the steps: in the inbox, waiting on a supplier, waiting on one person's approval.

We map the whole chain first, from intake to the final number, and redesign it. Then we build agents that run the chain, with your people making the calls that matter.

RFQ intake→Costing→Approval→Quote→Order entry→Schedule
A custom quote request, start to finish
Illustrative
9 daysbusiness days elapsed
3 hrsof hands-on work
  1. RFQ sits in the inbox and the estimator's backlog2.5 d
  2. Estimator reviews the drawing, sets routing and hours2 hr
  3. Waiting on the customer: missing revision, quantity breaks1.5 d
  4. Waiting on material and outside-process pricing3 d
  5. Quote costed in the spreadsheet, re-keyed into the ERP45 min
  6. Waiting for the owner to approve margin2 d
  7. Final check and quote emailed to the buyer15 min

Making the 3 hours twice as fast saves 90 minutes. Agents can't make a supplier answer faster. They can ask on day one, chase every afternoon and have the approval waiting when the price comes back. That's how 9 days becomes 3.

The right tool for every step

Not every step needs AI. We use it where it earns its place.

In most workflows the biggest wins come from simple rules and better connections between your systems. We sort every step of the redesigned process into one of three kinds, and build each one the right way.

Clear, repeatable steps

Rules

Plain software for if-then work. Fast, predictable, cheap to run and easy to audit.

  • Auto-approve invoices that match the PO and receipt
  • Route orders by customer, plant or value
  • Pull bank and carrier data instead of chasing it
Judgment with plenty of history

AI agents

Where the work needs reading, matching or deciding the way an experienced person would.

  • Read a PO or drawing and fill the sales order
  • Match a messy payment to the right invoices
  • Draft the supplier or customer follow-up
Calls that matter

People decide

High-stakes or unusual calls stay with your team, with the evidence already gathered for them.

  • Approve margin on a custom quote
  • Resolve a pricing dispute
  • Sign off on a nonconformance
  1. Trigger: Supplier invoice arrives.
  2. AI agent: Read the invoice.
  3. Rule: Match to PO and receipt.
  4. If they match, rule: Approve and post. If not, person decides: Review the exception, with the evidence attached.
All three run as one workflow on the same platform, so you get a single process that works end to end, not a pile of separate tools.
How it works

Start with one workflow. Expand when it pays off.

You're not buying licenses and training. You're buying a workflow that runs, measured against your own baseline. Every step has a fixed scope and a decision point, so you commit to the next one only after the last has proven its value.

Workflow call

We talk through where quotes, orders, purchasing or the close get stuck, and whether we're a fit.

You leave with

  • Two or three candidate workflows
  • A rough size of the prize
  • A written follow-up summary
STEP 011–3 weeks

Process Snapshot

We interview the people who do the work, trace real orders and invoices end to end through your systems, and time where they wait.

Fixed fee, quoted up front · 100% credited toward your build

Guarantee: if the Snapshot doesn't find at least 5× its fee in annual value, we refund it.

Deliverables

  • Current process with touch time vs. wait time
  • Redesigned process, every step sorted: rules, agent, or person decides
  • Baseline KPIs you sign off on
  • Ranked build list with value estimates

Decision point: keep the plan and run with it, or build with us.

STEP 023–6 weeks

Build

We configure a proven agent or build one around your process, and connect it to your ERP, email and files. Rules handle the routine, agents handle the judgment calls, and your team approves the high-stakes decisions.

What happens

  • Connections to your systems, read-only first
  • Agents tested against your own past orders and invoices
  • Weekly check-ins with the process owner
STEP 032–4 weeks

Go live

The agents run in shadow mode beside your team, then go live once accuracy clears the bar you set. Anything that moves money stays behind a human approval.

What happens

  • Shadow run with side-by-side scoring
  • Go-live by segment, approvals on
  • First results reported against the baseline

Decision point: measured results against the baseline.

Don't see your workflow?

If it runs on email, spreadsheets and handoffs, it's a candidate. So is anything someone has to catch when it changes in your ERP: an order released, a PO running late, an invoice coming due.

Read-only first

Agents start by watching and proposing. Write access is granted step by step, only after results are proven.

People approve the money

Payments, credit, pricing and anything customer-sensitive stay behind a human approval until you decide otherwise.

Every action is logged

What the agent saw, what it proposed, who approved it and what changed. Ready for your auditors.

Emails go out in your name

Messages to customers and suppliers come from your own mailbox, with your signature and tone, using templates you approve.

Your systems, your data

Agents work within your existing permissions through dedicated, limited accounts. You own the data and the process maps.

Not tied to one AI vendor

Prompts, tests and logs stay portable, so the underlying model can change as better and cheaper options arrive.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What happens on the first call?

We spend 30 minutes on where work gets stuck: quotes, orders, purchasing, quality paperwork or the close. You'll leave with two or three candidate workflows and a short written summary of where we'd start. No cost and no obligation.

How long until an agent is live?

The Process Snapshot takes one to three weeks. A first agent typically goes from kickoff to production in five to ten weeks, including a shadow period where it runs beside your team before it acts on its own. Proven agents for common workflows are on the faster end.

What do the agents actually do?

They take over coordination work: reading POs and invoices, chasing suppliers and customers, matching documents, gathering evidence for decisions and keeping the ERP current. Rules handle the routine steps, and your people make the high-stakes calls with everything already in front of them.

Does every step use AI?

No. Many steps run best as simple rules, like matching an invoice to its PO or routing an order. We use AI where a step needs reading or judgment, and keep people on the high-stakes calls. Using the simplest tool that works keeps agents accurate, fast and less expensive to run.

Do we need to replace or upgrade our ERP?

No. Agents work on top of your current ERP, email and spreadsheets through official APIs. If a system truly can't support a step, we'll say so plainly in the Process Snapshot.

Do we need AI or IT people on staff?

No. You need a process owner who knows the work and about an hour a week during the build. We handle the AI, the connections, monitoring and fixes. Your IT team or provider only needs to approve access at the start.

Which systems do you work with?

We work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, Epicor Kinetic, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial), Plex and SYSPRO, plus Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for email and Teams or Slack for approvals. Running something else? Ask. We'll check its API on the first call and tell you honestly whether it can support the workflow.

Will our customers know it's AI?

Messages go out from your own mailbox, with your signature, in your tone, using templates you approve before anything is sent. You decide whether to include a short note that a message was prepared by an automated assistant. Agents are never presented as a named person.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use business AI services whose terms exclude training on customer data, and we'll walk through those terms in your security review. We also send each AI step only the information it needs.

How much of our team's time does this take?

Mostly interviews and a walkthrough of how people work during the Snapshot, plus a weekly check-in with the process owner during the build. We plan around your busy periods, including month-end.

Is this about cutting headcount?

The work we remove first is chasing, re-keying, waiting and status-checking. Most manufacturers use the time to grow without adding office staff and to move good people onto customer, supplier and estimating work. We involve the people doing the job from the first week.

How do you handle security?

Agents work within your existing permissions using dedicated, limited accounts. Credentials live in a secure vault, every action is logged, and we agree in writing what data is stored, where and for how long. We're glad to complete your security questionnaire before work starts.

What if an agent isn't accurate enough?

Then it doesn't go live. You set the accuracy bar, we test against your own past orders and invoices, and anything risky stays behind a human approval.

What if we decide to stop?

You keep your process maps, baseline data and documentation. We switch the agents off cleanly, hand back control of every connection, and remove stored data as agreed in your contract.

What does it cost?

Every step is a fixed fee quoted up front, sized against the value found in your own numbers. The Process Snapshot fee is fully credited toward your build, and live agents are supported on a monthly fee per workflow. We'll talk through ranges on the first call.
